Endoscopy Close to Home
A program to take colorectal cancer screening to municipalities. It starts with a simple test in primary care and continues with colonoscopy and endoscopy for those who need them, paid for by the federal program Agora Tem Especialistas.

PRONON
The National Program for Support of Cancer Care (PRONON) funds projects of non-profit hospitals with donations that companies deduct from their income tax. Unlocked prepares the project together with the hospital, from eligibility to a draft ready to be sent to the Ministry of Health.

Colonoscopy
In the 2025 call, a project to acquire a flexible video endoscopy system for colonoscopy was worth 3.0 points in the medical-care field. 25 colonoscopy projects were approved nationwide.
In the six states, 34 hospitals had their project cut for lack of funds in 2025 and already have the text written. They are the first candidates for the next call.
As of October 3, 2026, the 2026 call had not yet been published. In 2025 the submission window was 30 days, so the project has to be ready before the call comes out.

Incentive for All
Culture funding exists: it is authorized, transferred and contracted every year. Incentive for All brings together eight projects to get that money to the artist and grow the art market.

Part of the ISS, IPTU, ICMS and income tax goes to an approved project and comes back as a discount on the tax itself.

Murals, corridor galleries, workshops and artist residencies in hospitals and clinics.

Sponsorship bridge
Bringing approved projects without funds together with those who already sponsor or could sponsor.

Writing the project, submitting it and reporting together with the artist, who remains the applicant.

A govtech to unlock public benefits
Brazil has approved funds, programs and tax incentives that never turn into services. Unlocked exists to shorten that path.
We look for ideas and structure projects in health, art and sports for those who can carry them out: companies, hospitals, institutions and public managers. Every project starts from a public benefit that already exists and has defined rules, value and beneficiaries.
How we work
- No success fees on parliamentary budget amendments.
- No conflict in public procurement. We do not write the terms of reference of a purchase and then bid for it.
- No promise of approval. We prepare the project; the responsible public body decides.

For as long as you are interested in the projects, or until you ask for it to be deleted.
